| Place a disc on upper gum next to the molar, with white rounded side touching your cheek & flat dimple side against your gum. DO NOT LICK UPPER GUM OR ADHESIVE SIDE OF DISK BEFORE PLACING IN MOUTH. |
| Use Tongue to push disc to a comfortable spot. |
| Adhesion grows stronger over time, reaching full strength in 5 minutes. Do not touch with finger or tongue for the first 10 seconds as this will disturb adhesion. |
| If you do not like location, dislodge the disc within 1 minute and push with your tongue to new spot. |
